Toney Olton is a visionary leader, consultant, coach, and facilitator dedicated to unlocking human potential through emotional intelligence, leadership development, and organizational excellence. Through his consultancy, The Potter Centre, and his social entrepreneurship initiative The Caribbean Institute for Social and Emotional Learning, he equips individuals, teams, and organizations with the tools to foster growth, resilience, and meaningful impact.
